Rapido Express is a dynamically developing transport and freight forwarding company that started its business consisting of transport service provision in September 2007. In response to the increasing demands of customers and the continuously revolving market, we created a company that aims for partnership relations and mutual understanding with its Customers.

Our own and leased transport vehicles always meet the European environmental standards and are properly fitted for transport of various loads. Each of the vehicles features a license permitting international transport and all required technical inspection certificates. Transport is provided according to the CMR convention requirements as well as instructions submitted by the Customer. We provide services to more and more companies. We understand well what our Customers expect from us. We guarantee a fast and verified service. We learn based on an example of the French market because their express services are offered at a very high level.


Rapido Express has been active since 2007. We specialise in providing services in the scope of express international and domestic transport.

  • Relocation of the company to the southern part of Warsaw. The central point of Poland allows for effective management of transport means.
  • Further development of the company. Our fleet includes 30 vehicles already.
  • We acquire several key customers; to retain standards and ensure a full scope of services to all our partners, we increase our headcount.
  • Due to the company’s development and increased number of employees, we relocate our company to a bigger office in the Annopol industrial zone.
  • Increasing the number of vehicles in our fleet; providing numerous training courses to our drivers.
  • Implementing a comprehensive IT system for invoicing and settlements, customised to match the needs of our company.
  • Increase of employment by 30% and expansion of office space.
  • Expanding the company structures; new specialists join Rapido Express. The company is relocated to a bigger office near the logistics centre on the right-hand bank of Warsaw.
  • Implementing ISO 9001:2015 certificate. Opening a commercial department focusing on the French market. We support children from the Masovian Children’s Neuropsychiatry Hospital in Zagórze (Warsaw Wawer).
  • Increase in the employment of specialised staff, expanding the portfolio of key accounts and creating a procurement department.
  • Zmiana formy prawnej firmy na Społkę z o.o. Sp. Komandytową.
  • Powiekszenie biura , wzrost zatrudnienia o 30% oraz rozwój kolejnych rynków. Pozyskanie nowych stałych relacji z kluczowymi klientami.

Environmental protection

Our activity has a significant impact on the environment, hence we do our best to limit the negative effects it has. For this purpose we have taken the following steps:

  • We have been updating our fleet and the oldest vehicle we own at this moment is 3 years
  • Our cars run on the best fuel with low sulphur content
  • We organise regular eco-driving training courses for our drivers
  • We control our suppliers in terms of meeting environmental standards,
  • We organise training courses for all employees and we announce any initiatives undertaken by our company.
